Teaming up with the Grandview Small Area Guide Process

Edina City Manager (and blogger) Scott Neal put me in touch with Edina Planning Commission member Kevin Staunton earlier this month. Kevin has been heavily involved with the Grandview Small Area Guide Process for the past year.  The Grandview project has had considerable citizen engagement from its inception so it made sense to see how Edina Citizen Engagement could help. Kevin in turn put me in touch with Chris Rofidal who has been leading the communications effort for Grandview.

Both Kevin and Chris liked what they heard and so I gave a brief overview at the Grandview Steering Committee meeting last Thursday night at the Edina Senior Center.   All went well and I’ll be adding the Grandview project to our growing (now 3) collection of Edina Citizen Engagement blogsites later this week.

Update June 24: The Grandview District blogsite is now live.
