As you know, the GrandView District Steering Committee held a public comment period in Feb & March which recently came to a close. Following that comment period the Steering Committee made changes to the Development Framework which can be viewed here (large 8MB PDF).
Specifically pages 3, 30, 35, 36, 38, 50, 51, 52 and the appendix have changes made to them versus the prior version dated January 31, 2012 version. Please view this as the most current version which will be used in two upcoming Public Hearing opportunities.
The first will be with the Planning Commission on April 11th and second with the City Council on April 17th.
Both start at 7pm in the Council Chambers and the public is welcome to comment at one or both. Thanks for everyone’s hard work and we look forward to bringing this stage to conclusion with the City Council.
