Grandview preliminary draft summary now available

Our Grandview consultants just released a preliminary draft summary—a book!—which encompasses everything through the first two workshops.  It is full of information that will bring you up to date on all the public input gathered in the September and October workshops.

The team has now taken those ideas and really started to put some meat behind them with the framework for the future.

Let me know if you think there are things that need changing.
